Lukas Strobel

Lukas Strobel is a researcher at the Institute for Anthropomatics and Robotics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saarland University. His research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction, accessibility and sport. He researches two perspectives on sport:

  • Providing equitable experience-centred activities through technology with a focus on cycling
  • The design of interactive seat plans in booking systems for sport events with a reflection on the provision of accessibility information

His research involves a user-centric process yielding a transfer of power to the disabled community, e.g., through participatory methods. A list of his publications can be found below as well as on his Google Scholar profile.
